I'm wondering if this person is somehow related to the CEO or something because as far as I'm concerned, the sloppy maintenance/design of their website is totally unacceptable. If this person can't even manage that, they will never figure out how to set up a VIP system like Lego (and other companies) have. You're abs...Hey! Cool! I'm a Lego VIP too! <br />You're absolutely correct in feeling special when you have that card and those perks. In fact, I've stopped buying sets from Walmart or Target just so I can earn the points. (Well, the mini figure mystery packs and the little bag sets I buy from Target.) <br />It would be nice if American Girl had a similar program. It would even out the whole distribution of coupons and discounts. Grocery stores have rewards programs why not.
