Marie-Grace Part One: She Arrives!

Our $40.69 Marie-Grace doll arrived today from the AG 2 hr Flash Sale last Wednesday!

Woot!

We are going to do a several part series and post these as quickly as possible, so y'alls can see the transformation of our new doll from Marie-Grace to Liv Brooks without waiting until January, haha.

In her Box.
One of curls has already fallen off....
You can see it sitting by her feet.

One eye is slightly larger than the other, but besides that she is perfect.

The flaw isn't enough to bother us, so we love her. :-)

"What are these things sticking out of my head?
Wait, they are supposed to be there???"

Some Marie-Graces have a plastic "skin" part to their wig.

But the most recent batch has just a seam for the part. No plastic scalp to be seen.

Behold, the pink dress.

Back of hair. It is quite long.

You can see her hair has a little bit of a flip/curl at the ends.

Braided hairstyle -- ours was a little sloppy.

Pincurls eating her face. Sigh.

Dress, boots.

Dress is pink plasticy thing. The designer should be sent to Barbie.

Boots are very, very good -- fit well and look nice.

She also came with white pantalettes and socks. But we didn't photograph those separately.

We also got the M-G accessories but we haven't taken pics of those yet... Nothing too special going on there as far as we are concerned.
