Ten of Our Favorite Etsy Items
Once again in our efforts to "get the word out" about handmade clothing we wanted to show you some of our recent Etsy Favorite or "Hearted" items. Easter is a week away and of course Mother's Day is soon after that (May 8th, in case you are wondering) -- so it's a good time for some gift ideas, or "Hints for Holiday Shopping." :-)
If you are an Etsy shopkeeper and you are disappointed that your own goodies didn't appear in this post, fear not -- there will be more of these posts before the spring holidays pass us by -- and hence, more chances for your items to appear. :-)
On another note, we have all the photos for the April Photo Contest from our entrants -- we are working on organizing them for a post. Once we do that we will be asking people to vote for their favorite picture. We are not there yet -- but almost!
And this is also a good opportunity to remind y'all that our three March/April Giveaways end April 28th -- about two weeks from now -- so enter today!

The Melody Valerie Couture Winter Sophistications auctions ended today. More will appear on this Monday and end on the Monday after Xmas.... but if you want something now there are two dresses currently available in the MVC Etsy shop....
An Ebay auction from Mi Gurlz Clothing, a Liberty Jane partner... Very cool! Ends on December 21st...
Another great winter accessories set.... a knit hat and scarf... looks so warm and cute on Felicity!...from Etsy seller Quilty McQuilterson!.....
Wonderful Colonial Gown from Etsy seller English Cousins... we have just bought a couple things from this new seller--- looks like this shop is going to have really fun stuff in it!....
An adorable winter set from Etsy seller Wee Line... includes sweater, skirt, hat and mittens... the awesome boots are not included but might be purchased at weeline.com... we actually found this seller at a craft show awhile back, bought some swimsuits and lounge wear-- fun stuff, recommend this shop and the website!....
Another fantastic coat... so elegant!... from Etsy seller Patti Kuz... a fun shop with lots of great stuff... check it out today!...
Still can't decide on a coat? Here is another one--- a cute green set with a matching hat and a black party dress under it!... from AM PM Creations....
Fairy! Not exactly the Sugarplum Fairy.... but more like a Cherry Red Fairy.... a fun costume that's great for the holidays... we just bought our first item from Etsy seller Love 2 Sew and we love it.... check out the shop asap!...
Like pink butterflies? Like hoodies? Like mini skirts? Then this set is for you! A tee shirt, mini skirt, and fantastic hoodie from Etsy seller Angel Kisses Boutique, a Liberty Jane partner... Doesn't Lanie look great?!....
Looking for a stocking stuffer? Look no further than Etsy seller Lavenderlore's white crocheted hat with fleur decoration!.... we love this shop, it is the greatest!....
Well-made, to-AG-scale sweaters are awesome and rare... but there is secret shop that sells only... SWEATERS!... ahahhahahahaha.... okay maybe that was over the top and maybe it is not so secret... but check out the Etsy seller Knitted By Hand for tons of cardigans and pullovers!.....

Hints for Holiday Shopping 4.0
Yo-la! I'm back for Hints 4.0.... click on the pictures to go to the listings... I am like a broken record... Haha.
A great outfit for chilly weather! Where's the hot cocoa?... this set includes the vest, shirt, jeans and pink fuzzy boots... a nice combo from My Angie Girl... we have bought a dress from this shop, very well-made... (though of course we have yet to post about it - are you sensing a theme yet?)... we recommend this seller's items... high-quality schtuff!...
Fun and funky Christmas ensemble from Little Noel.... one of three AG-sized outfits currently available in this shop.... this set includes the dress, ruffled pants and crocheted headband....it's all so bright and happy!....
Lamb Slippers! Nice and cozy-looking... from Made By Me Only which also offers other slippers: fuzzy monkey, Santa, Winnie the Pooh, reindeer, Christmas tree, cow, black cat, snowman... as well as some dolly outfits.... aren't they adorable!?....
A beautiful Holiday Dress based on a LJ-marketed Heritage Doll Fashions pattern, the cross-over dress... very popular style, at least with us it is, heehee... we have bought four of these types of sets from Cupcake Cutie Pie (again haven't posted them yet).... but they are adorable....get yours today!...
A Trendy Outfit from The Dolly Stand... we must say we are totally addicted to this shop (we buy a couple things every week from them it seems... though again, we really haven't posted everything we have bought...).... this is a fun set, one of many outfits currently available in the shop, each one better than the last... go visit it today!.....
A lovely holiday-colored set from Doll Clothes by Evie, one of our favorite seamstresses for Addy's time period (again, we have stuff from her we haven't shown you yet....gosh, we really need to take more pictures).... her shop has over 25 historical outfits currently for sale... really awesome, creative stuff, go forth and check it out....
Cherries Ensemble from Nayas Designs!.... okay it may be fruit, but it is green and red and it looks holiday-ishly awesome... Nayas Designs has been one of our favorite shops since the beginning of our collecting habits/addiction... this outfit is just one of many cool ensembles in the shop.... go there today to find modern and historical garb!.....
And the last thing for now.... Dance, Dance, Josefina! She looks great in this really unique offering from CJ's Little Boutique... this set comes with the shirt, pants, headband, and shoes.... and if you like this jazzy number you might like some more of CJ's other 20+ offerings currently in the shop... really fun clothing for your modern doll...
