MyOwnLittleWorldToo Tank Top and Skirt

Okay, down to business! Here is the yellow batik tank top and denim mini skirt that Penny purchased for our new Stella. It came from Etsy seller MyOwnLittleWorldToo along with a couple other items that I will eventually show you all.

The top and skirt fit very well and my favorite part was the lace border at the neckline of the shirt. The skirt has elastic in the back and a polka dot ribbon on the front waistband. It seems like the skirt was once a pant-leg from a human-size pair of jeans. Very clever!

Stella said "This is my favorite outfit...that is until I get to try on something else.....I get to try on more clothes right?" I say, be careful what you wish for.....heehee.

In the pictures below Stella is celebrating the Fourth of July with our new pet Sparks Flying. This little foal has been on our back ordered list for just about forever. Penny can't even remember when she placed the order! So here they are, sporting American flags and taking a break from a full weekend of watching fireworks.

My next post in the Doll Wardrobe will be on the dark satin gown which we purchased for Elinor Dashwood from Etsy seller TheNimbleThimble, a very long time ago. In order to give you a peek at some of the items we have stashed away for Elinor, we thought we'd show you this gown while she still has her green eyes as Felicity.

Happy Almost Fourth of July! -- AbygailElizabeth Patriotic Summer Outfit

Gosh, I'm funny aren't I? Happy Third of July doesn't really sound right... so we'll roll with Happy Almost Fourth of July!

Today our Felicity doll is modeling a new summer outfit from Etsy seller AbygailElizabeth! Please note this shop is closed until July 15th, and may only be open until August 15th. So if you like what you see, act fast!

Felicity is the colonial character from AG that gets embroiled in all sorts of Revolutionary activities. So we thought she should be modeling today's patriotic outfit. Pictured with her is Rebecca's pooch modeling the Statue of Liberty costume that Penny bought for Muddiford in New York City. Muddiford graciously allowed the new pooch to wear the adorable costume; it came with the foam headband and cloth bandanna.

What came with our AbygailElizabeth purchase? Well a star-covered tank top that is flared in a modern-chic kind of way, and a nice pair of white shorts which is made out of a non-see-through thick cotton twill fabric. So no one will know you are wearing bright pink leopard print undies underneath them... ;) The top and shorts are paired with some red shoes that came with an outfit Penny purchased from Etsy seller nayasdesigns.

This is the perfect summer outfit! Felicity is quite happy to be modeling this lovely set and is ready to go to the fireworks show tonight. (Don't worry- she will still be getting her eye swap and turn into Elinor Dashwood eventually...)

Next up in The Doll Wardrobe will be something....uh, yeah...well, something good! My sisters and I have yet to take some more pictures for our upcoming posts. That task will be completed tomorrow before we go see more fireworks. But for now, I guess I can predict that we will show you a new outfit from Etsy seller MyOwnLittleWorldToo.
