Sprinkles Gets Geared Up: AG Pet Hiking Set

Hola!

Sorry for the lack of posts, this summer is busy, busy, busy.

Today we continue Needa and Nichelle's little story...

Needa asked/commanded Nichelle to get her dog Sprinkles ready to go outside for evening walkies. Needa added a hat and sweater to her outfit to make sure she didn't get cold outside. Both of these items are from Doll Tag Clothing. Her pajamas are from McKenna's collection.

Nichelle put Sprinkles leash on him, but also added everything from the MyAG Pet Hiking Set she found in the doggie supply closet. (Nichelle is wearing the MyAG lacrosse uniform.)

"What is Sprinkles wearing?" Needa asked Nichelle.

"I found all this stuff in the closet and I thought it looked pretty awesome," Nichelle replied.

"Uh, you put the bandana on his head...."

"It didn't fit so well around his neck," Nichelle explained.

"It looks a little weird. 

Also, he doesn't really need a hiking kit to go for evening walkies," Needa replied.

"Well, this way he can take his toy with him in his carry-all," Nichelle said, 

"And he can have food when he comes back inside."

"See! You're all set now. Toys to help lure him outside - 

and food to lure him back in!" Nichelle smiled.

"That still doesn't explain the bandana on his head..." Needa said quietly.

Nichelle's Trip Prep Continues

Notes on what you see in the pics: Nichelle is wearing AG's new tankini set. Needa is wearing a hat and sweater from Doll Tag Clothing, a shirt from Royal Doll Boutique, and a skirt from Liberty Jane. She has just been taking her dog for a walk --- the AG dog from McKenna's collection.

Needa instructed Nichelle to find more sensible things to pack for the upcoming trip. 

Nichelle came back out of her room dressed for "the beach." Needa was slightly surprised by her look.

"Why are you wearing the sarong as a cape?" Needa asked Nichelle.

"How else am I supposed to wear it? I thought it was designed to prevent my shoulders from freckling in the sun," Nichelle explained.

"No. You are supposed to tie it around your waist. With the tie right at your hip," Needa said.

"Why do you have to be so picky about the way things go all the time?" Nichelle asked.

"There's a right way to do things. And a wrong way," Needa replied.

Meanwhile, Nichelle stared blankly at the camera.

"Also, your ponytails are not even," Needa added.

"My who?"

"Your ponytails. One sticks straight out and the other points down. They look silly," Needa sighed.

"Alright, well I'll fix them for you. This time," Nichelle said. She put the sarong around her waist and moved her ponytails to be even. 

"Where did this doggie come from?" she asked when she was finished.

"He came with Kenna's stuff when it was all shipped over to the house. She said she really didn't want the responsibility of owning a pet, so I said I would adopt him," Needa explained.

"What's his name?" Nichelle asked.

"Sprinkles."

"Uh. That's not a very dignified name for a boy-dog," Nichelle replied. "In fact, that's so silly I would have come up with it."

"I know. I thought 'What would Nichelle name him?' and Sprinkles came to mind. That's the only way I could pick a name. Kenna said Alistair sounded too boring, and that was my first choice," Needa said.

"Uh. Thanks.... I think..." Nichelle replied.

"Also, we're not going to the beach on this trip," Needa said. "Most of that outfit is useless. I assume you are wearing it to show me what you plan on packing? Try again."

"Wha?! I thought it was a great outfit for a vacation!" Nichelle whined.

"The only applicable items are the flip-flops. You can pack those," Needa said.

"Alright. Then I'll try and find something else to wear...." Nichelle grumbled.

Nichelle Starts "Packing"

And now it's already April 25th! Where does the time go?

Now we return to their story...

Needa is wearing a top set from Royal Doll Boutique and a skirt from Liberty Jane. Nichelle is wearing a ballet outfit from Doll Tag Clothing. ;-)

Needa and Nichelle are going on a trip soon.

"Have you finished packing yet?" Needa said to Nichelle.

"No, I'm not done yet. I haven't even started. I am trying to decide what to bring," Nichelle replied.

 

"What are you wearing?" Needa asked.

 "My ballet outfit. I think I should bring it on the trip."

"You don't even do ballet," Needa said.

"I know, but Penny bought it for me because I said I wanted to take up ballet," Nichelle explained.

"Well, why do you need it on the trip?" Needa asked.

"Maybe I'll have time to start learning?"

"While we're on vacation?! You are nutty. Pack only the essentials," Needa said.

"Essentials?"

"Yeah, like underwear, shorts, shirts, shoes. Not ballet outfits..." Needa said.

"Well this has shoes, a skirt, and a shirt," Nichelle pointed out.

"Those are slippers. And that isn't a skirt and shirt you can wear in public," Needa countered.

"Oh," Nichelle sighed.

"Go back into your room and find REAL stuff to bring," Needa said.
