Calling All Shopkeepers and Readers!

Hola! We've been meaning to write this post for awhile... but sometimes we aren't very organized. Le sigh.

So here's the deal shopkeepers -- if you sell Handmade items for American Girl dolls and you aren't featured yet on our "Links to Find Handmade Clothing" page (see tab at the top) --- please feel free to comment on this post and ask us to include you on that page. It can be an Etsy shop, an Ebay store, a website, a blog, or all four -- anything you want people to know about. We also post links for people who make doll food, doll furniture, doll shoes, etc. It doesn't have to be just clothing.

We try and update that page with new shops when we can, but we can't keep up with all of them and sometimes we just plain forget to add in a shop. So if you are longing to see your shop also on the "Big List" -- just ask!

Also to shopkeepers... if you are wondering how to offer a giveaway through this blog -- that is also a very easy thing. Just email me at nora.demington@gmail.com. Say I am ____ of the _____ store and I'd like to send you ______ to giveaway on your blog. See! Easy! And then we'll respond to your email and get it all organized. If you want your item to be featured during a specific month (like when you are releasing a bunch of new items or something) just let us know.

We have several items to be given away in the future -- most of them handmade from shopkeepers like you, and others are AG things or trinkets we have picked up. We'll probably continue the giveaways into 2012 because they are so popular. This year we are doing a bunch for the 25th Anniversary of AG. Next year we probably won't do as many, but we'll still have 'em.

Anyway, we are babbling. Simply: if you want to give something away to the readers on here -- just send us an email. :)

We will make a Youtube video to advertise your item, and also post a link to your shop at the top of our sidebar menu for the month your item is being given away. And we will also post about your shop items on our Facebook page.

Again, we try to include all of the ones we come across in the list, but sometimes we forget to add a blog in or sometimes we haven't found your blog yet. So be sure to let us know if you want to see your blog there!
