Hola!
We are back from our excursion through the Himalayas looking for the legendary Yeti.
Okay, we weren't really looking for the Yeti.... but we are back now.

Questions for You!
We are going to run some polls in regards to AG's recent and upcoming historical doll releases, but first we need to ask you guys some fun questions!
Marie-Grace and Cecile have been fairly popular as dolls, but it seems as if perhaps their outfits, furniture, and accessories have not been selling very well.
If you were an AG designer -- What types of toys, outfits, accessories, and furniture would you create for M-G and C?
Next, unless you live under a rock you probably already know that in September of this year Caroline Abbott of the year 1812 will be released from AG. Little is known beyond that. Where will she live? What is her social class? Will she have friends? Pets? What will she look like???
Well, to enjoy the anticipation, we ask the same question for Caroline -- If you were an AG designer -- What types of toys, outfits, accessories, and furniture would you create for her?
Any and all answers are welcome. Please feel free to comment with them below. -- If we get enough answers, we'll run a poll or two on the side menu of our blog.
Remember -- your answers might help our readers get ideas for handmade items to create and possibly sell!
Questions for Us!
Other blogs do this and we thought we'd give it a go.
Do you have any questions for us here at The Doll Wardrobe Blog?
Curiosity is a wonderful thing!
Feel free to ask us your questions in the comments section below
and we'll try to answer them to the best of our ability. :-)
(Just don't ask us how many dolls live here in Badger's Wood -- We lost count a long time ago....)
;-)
p.s. Stay tuned for more blog posts soon!
Lots to come -- including more posts on the Needa and Nichelle story, on the Play Wonder clothing, on Needa's search for fairies in the woods and more!

For M-G and C--
I'd make a taffeta dress for C, and and a winter soft sky blue (the color of M-G's eyes) velvet for M-G.
For Caroline--
I'd make her a doll like Kirsten's, except with different little doll clothes you could buy for her. I'd also give Caroline wigs... (then everybody would be happy, she could have red, brown, black or even pink hair!). I'd also give her a blue, white, and red sailor's dress with black boots and a red hat.
Now I want to know how many dolls you DO have..... The world is wondering, DW(when I first saw that I thought it stood for Disney World ;)
I would give Cecile the dress from the cover of "troubles for Cecile", and a doll (like Felicity, Elizabeth, Josefina, etc.) wearing the same outfit. I would give Marie-Grace a set of hair ribbons to do up all that gorgeous brown hair, and also the dress and/or the shawl from the cover of her mystery.
I would give miss Caroline a whole bunch of gorgeous dresses and hats!!! AG needs to make more hats! Also she should have a little baby brother! (Bring back Polly and the JLY baby!!!!!)
Questions for you; What was the first doll to arrive at badger's wood? How many years have you been collecting?
I would make Cece and MG some nice bonnets to match their dresses! I would also make Cece's aunt's necklace from "The Cameo Necklace." I also agree with Jennakitten that Cece needs her "Troubles for Cecile" dress. MG also needs more blue to compliment her eyes!
I have no idea what class Caroline will be in, but I would give a lot of pretty dresses with nice pastel colors.
Questions for You:
What dolls are you planning to get?
Are there going to be anymore Twiggs or Demingtons?
Did you major in writing? O_o?
1812...the war of 1812. (Collage class from May...good times)
So maybe Caroline would be from Baltimore...though they also fought seprate wars in Michigane and Canada...hmm. I think Caroline will have curly red hair...just some hunch (Probaly wrong)
As for Marie-Grace and Cecile..I would make the necklace from Cecile's aunt..that's about it. (:
