Sup!
Ready for some interspecies lurve???
Today's review is for AG's Inkpot -- Caroline's pet tuxedo cat.
In the pic below you can see the size comparison with Caroline/Lottie.
And here is a size comparison with Honey.
Inkpot is a soft-bodied, squishable pet, unlike Honey who has a hard body core.
As you can see, Inkpot looks a bit like AG's Licorice.
But with less white fur.
Also, Inkpot has a startled or desperate look on his little face.
Ours does not look like the ones in the catalogs and online.
Those have eyes that are closer together.
Ours definitely has a wide-eyed expression, with wider-set eyes.
But that is okay. Inkpot is still very cute and we like the way he is positioned.
He sits like the other hard-bodied cats, but he actually has individual legs, unlike the other MyAG cats, where their legs are more shapes than actual limbs.
We didn't take a pic of him with a hard-bodied MyAG cat -- but he sits slightly taller than them - about an inch taller.
Also his whiskers are string, sort of like embroidery floss.
Not the clear plastic wirey ones of the MyAG cats that stick up straight in the air.
So you can easily position them where you want them to lay.
His plastic nose is flocked, so it is soft to the touch.
None of our other AG pets have this feature, so it is extra nice.
Also, the MyAG cats have fabric on the inside of their ears.
Inkpot does not have this, the black fur just continues.
And the MyAG cat tails are jointed so you can change their position.
Inkpot does not have this. His tail is soft and in only one position.
In conclusion, Inkpot is unique, cuddly, and as long as you don't mind his permanently surprised face expression he would be a good addition to an AG family that needs/wants a pet cat. ;-)

Inkpot is a Black Cat not a Tuxedo Cat. If you look in Caroline's first mystery book they say that Inkpot is a Black Cat.
