Teyla is my favorite and one and only 18" doll. She is an 18" Gotz doll originally called Tess from the 2001 Little Sisters collection. She was given to me a few years ago by a lady my mom knows. I eventually gave her to my mom but after a renewed interest in dolls, my mom gave her back and I've since re-wigged her and renamed her Teyla. Her adorable new wig is a super soft Titan Red wig by Monique.
Teyla’s favorite outfit is a nautical striped hoodie and jean shorts, she loves it because of the colors and because not only can she stay cool on a hot summer day, but keep warm in the evening while on a stroll through the park. My mom (aka Debonair Designs) hand knitted her hoodie for a spring/summer book she’s currently working on and since Teyla will be the model for it anyway, she gave it to me. Her shorts were store-bought as jeans that I modified into shorts and hand stitched the hemline.
